About Ashley Davies
For nearly 20 years, Ashley has worked to WOW clients by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. She is a Certified Customer Experience Professional and has created and managed customer experience strategies as an entrepreneur, in senior leadership at Fidelity Investments and as the director of a non-profit organization.
Ashley believes that details matter and that a business can provide the best experience for clients by simply and genuinely caring about their well-being and by making it as easy as possible to accomplish business tasks, understanding what is important to customers, building the framework to earn their trust for life.
She enjoys networking and getting to know people from various walks of life. Ashley also volunteers with organizations that help the homeless in Rhode Island where she lives. Ashley is looking to publish a book in the next few years solely for the benefits of small businesses who want to improve their customers’ experience.
